Algunas preguntas y respuestas sobre Impuestos

3- ¿Qué beneficios obtendré al presentar una declaración de impuestos? Reportar mis impuestos cada año, indica que soy un ciudadano de buen carácter moral, que respeto y cumplo las leyes de este país, además, me ayuda a construir un record personal y es una prueba fuerte al momento de realizar algún tipo de trámite en el país. Por Ejemplo: trámites relacionados con el departamento de inmigración.

4- ¿Es verdad que cuando presento mi declaración de impuestos recibo dinero del IRS? En algunos casos si, depende de cómo sea, que me pago mi empleador, Cheque de Compañía o Empresa: Me debe entregar una forma W2 y Cheque Personal o Efectivo: Me Debe entregar la forma 1099.

5- ¿Existen multas por no presentar una declaración de impuestos? Si, en caso que yo le deba pagar al IRS, ellos indican que el periodo oficial de presentación de declaraciones es a partir del 1 de enero hasta el 15 de abril de cada año, (Estas fechas pueden variar un poco). Las personas que reporten sus ingresos fuera de esta fecha, están sujetas a multas por parte del IRS.

6- ¿Qué debo tener en cuenta para buscar quien haga mi declaración de impuestos?
